Messianic
Members are those who seek more knowledge in the writings of Yahuah, those who desire to understand Him, and want to know more about what He has to say and what He wants for us in our lives. Members make active contributions and are dedicated in the virtue and establishment of this church.
To become a member of this church, you must fill out a small form with contact information and be approved by the body of the church upon written profession of faith and denouncement of sin.
Orientations will be held after the weekly meeting.
Every member has the right to vote on critical issues, or raise votes on issues that they feel need to be addressed.
Members may terminate their affiliation with the church at any time by submitting a letter stating so. This is so that the church may be made aware of their absence and that we may fill any vacancies upon accepting their letter of transfer.
1 Pastor, 2 Deacons, 3 Moderators, 1 Church Clerk, 5 Trustees, 1 Treasurer.
A staff member must be approved by the Pastor and announced to other staff members so that we may welcome the new staff member to the body of the church. All staff may be considered by the Pastor for 24/48 hours before acceptance into the body. Staff members may be consulted for recommendations on any new staff inquiry.
The body will meet on Sunday mornings to discuss how they spent their Sabbath the day before, and in which ways they chose to honor our Lord. Stories, parables and lessons that the scriptures hold will follow.
All church meetings which are essential in the promotion of the objectives of the church are to be placed on the church calendar, published in the church newsletter, and announced at all services on a Sunday prior to the meeting.
Regular business meetings shall be held quarterly on the second Wednesday night of the month. Any special meetings will be brought up at this time for further discussion.
A quorum meeting consists of the majority of those who regularly attend our business meetings and at least 4 members of staff. A quorum attendance is required at meetings before raising the issue of any special meetings that need to be put on the schedule.
Baptism is a way of recommitting your soul to the Lord. A person who receives Yahusha the Messiah as their Savior by personal faith, who professes that Yahuah is their creator publicly at any worship service, and who indicates a commitment to follow the teachings of Yahusha, shall be received for baptism.
